We’re BWRM – a team of passionate creators and visual storytellers who love what we do!  We use industry-leading technology and creative marketing products to produce standout photo and video content for real estate - all while delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.

Our small but mighty team is growing and we’re on the lookout for a contract photographer with a great eye and exceptional people skills.

The role

Whether you're an experienced photographer or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to be part of a successful team of creatives.  We provide stunning content for properties all over the Waikato, with most being located in or around Cambridge and Hamilton.  Once you’re fully trained you’ll be capturing photos, videos and floorplans for a wide range of properties.

What we’re looking for

We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV. Camera skills and a keen eye will help - but what really matters is attitude, communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Customer service experience is a big plus, as is being humble, well-presented, and open to feedback.  You’ll also need:

• Your own camera kit or willingness to invest in gear

• A drivers licence and reliable car

• To be based in or around Hamilton/Cambridge.
